Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Peel and dice the mangoes into bite-sized pieces and add them to a large bowl.
  • Dice the avocado and add it to the bowl immediately to prevent browning.
  • Hull and chop the strawberries, then add them to the mixture along with jalapeño, red onion, edamame, basil, and cilantro.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, lime zest, lime juice, maple syrup, and salt until well combined.

Assembly

  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently fold together to combine.

Taste Test and Serve

  • Adjust flavors if necessary and serve the salad in bowls topped with tortilla chips if desired.

Notes
