  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Use store-bought or create your own blend.

  • 1 pinch salt Add to taste.
  • 1 pinch pepper Add to taste.

For the Avocado Lime Sauce

  • 1 ripe avocado Ensure it's perfectly ripe for creaminess.
  • 1 lime juiced Adds brightness to the sauce.
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt Adds creaminess and probiotics.
  • 1 pinch salt To taste.
  • 1 pinch pepper To taste.

For Garnish

  • to taste Fresh cilantro Any herb works; just garnish for presentation.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
  • Place the seasoned fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until flaky.

Sauce Preparation

  • Blend the avocado, lime juice, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Serving

  • After baking, top the salmon with the avocado lime sauce, and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Notes

For best results, marinate salmon with Cajun seasoning and olive oil for 20-30 minutes before baking. This dish pairs well with roasted vegetables or a simple salad.
