Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed Flaky buttery goodness
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes Use cheese that melts well
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped Optional crunch
  • to taste fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish Optional flair

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
  • Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  • Gently press each square of pastry into the muffin cups, shaping them nicely.

Filling

  • Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup.
  • Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and sprinkle with chopped candied pecans if using.

Baking

  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool for about 5 minutes, then garnish with a sprig of rosemary before serving.

Notes

If the puff pastry tears, just patch it up; it won't be noticeable once baked. Don't rush the cooling process to avoid molten cheese burns.
