Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey A lean protein option.
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice Cook according to package instructions.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Adds umami depth.
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper For color and crunch.
  • 1 cup chopped carrots Adds sweetness and texture.
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli Adds nutrition and fill.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the turkey.

  • 2 green onions sliced For garnish.

Instructions
 

Cooking Jasmine Rice

  • Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.

Making the Bang Bang Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice until smooth.

Cooking the Turkey

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground turkey, cooking until browned; stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

Adding Vegetables

  • Add chopped red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli; cook until tender-crisp.

Assembling the Bowls

  • Remove from heat; stir in half of the bang bang sauce until well combined.
  • Serve over a mound of jasmine rice, drizzling with remaining bang bang sauce.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For best results, marinate the turkey in soy sauce before cooking, and keep an eye on your veggies to not overcook them.
