Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Biscoff cookie butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  • In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  • Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.

Baking
