Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 large chicken breasts Main protein source
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil To keep the chicken moist
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adds flavor
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Enhances flavor
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adds smoky depth
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin Brings earthy warmth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt For seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper To taste

For the Filling

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Creamy dressing base
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Adds creaminess
  • 2 medium avocados For creaminess
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese For cheese flavor
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For melty texture
  • 4 large flour tortillas For wrapping
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Fresh crunch
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced For freshness
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped For flavor
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Prevents avocados from browning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub it in evenly. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • While the chicken is baking, mash the avocados in a bowl with a splash of lime juice.
  • In another bowl, mix ranch dressing and sour cream until smooth.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or on a skillet for a few seconds on each side.

Assembly

  • On each tortilla, spread a layer of the ranch and sour cream mixture. Add shredded chicken, mashed avocado, cheddar, mozzarella, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a burrito.
  • Optional: Place the burrito seam-side down on a skillet over medium heat to crisp up the edges.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in spices for an hour before cooking. Mash avocados just before serving to keep them fresh.
