  • 2 cups diced chicken Tenderloins or chicken breasts
  • 4 slices bacon Or turkey bacon for a lighter option
  • 8 ounces short pasta Fusilli or rotini
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Can mix with spinach
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1 cup croutons Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon salad supreme seasoning Optional
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the chicken
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning Or cajun/lemon pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain without rinsing.
  • Cook bacon until crispy; chop into small bits.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, combine lettuce, pasta, chicken, bacon, and croutons.
  • Mix Caesar and Ranch dressings, then coat the salad.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and toss to combine. Top with extra croutons.

Serving

  • Serve immediately or chill for deeper flavors. Enjoy!

Notes
