For the chicken

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts into the marinade, ensuring they are well coated and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes after removing it from heat.
