Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Crush 25 Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  • Melt 5 tablespoons of unsalted butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  • Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish to form the crust.

Making Layers

  • In one bowl, mix 6 oz cream cheese, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup sour cream, and 3.5 oz melted chocolate until smooth.
  • Spread the chocolate filling over the prepared crust.
  • In another bowl, beat 10 oz cream cheese with 3/4 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Layer the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer carefully.
