Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Creaminess that brings everything together.
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce Adjust spice level to your taste.
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar Adds tang and zest.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential for enhancing flavors.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Shred the cabbage and slice the carrots, bell peppers, and red onions.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, red onions, and Fritos.

Dressing Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, apple cider vinegar, and a dash of salt and pepper.

Combine

  • Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours for better flavor.

Notes

For extra crunch, add Fritos right before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
