  • 8 oz Cream cheese Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.
  • 4 oz Feta cheese Adds a tangy flavor to the pinwheels.
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries Look for unsweetened varieties for less sugar.
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Provides a crunchy texture.
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts Optional; toast lightly for added flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Honey Optional but recommended for extra sweetness.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, feta cheese, and honey until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  • Layer with fresh spinach and sprinkle with dried cranberries and walnuts if using.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly from one end to the other to form a log shape.
  • Cut the rolled tortillas into pinwheels about 1-inch thick.
  • Serve on a platter and enjoy!

Notes
