Preparation

  • Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and rub the glaze all over it, ensuring it is well-coated.

Cooking

  • Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting it with the glaze every 30 minutes.
  • Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should read at least 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the turkey rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Let the turkey marinate in the glaze for deeper flavor. Use a meat thermometer for best results. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
