Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter; layer another sheet on top.
  • Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly.
  • Repeat with the remaining phyllo and filling.

Baking

  • Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with more melted butter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Drizzle warm rolls with chili honey before serving.

Notes

Keep phyllo hydrated and avoid overfilling the rolls for best results. You can experiment with various fillings and consider adding an egg wash for extra glossiness.
