Instructions
 

Cooking the Gnocchi

  • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Once they float, drain and set them aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, whisking until combined.
  • Add the chopped smoked salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Combining

  • Carefully add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, gently folding them into the creamy salmon mixture.
  • Sprinkle in the fresh dill, along with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
