  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For sautéing.

Preparation

  • Marinate the diced chicken breast in a mixing bowl with soy sauce, chili paste, minced ginger, minced garlic, and salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until soft, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Introduce the marinated chicken (draining some marinade) into the pan. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and browned.

Serving

  • Plate the cooked chicken with sautéed veggies and garnish generously with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Don't rush the marination process for better flavor. Adjust spice levels as needed, and ensure your pan is hot to prevent sticking.
