Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  • In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.

Mixing Wet Ingredients

  • Remove the melted butter from heat and mix in the granulated sugar.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.

Mixing Dry Ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.

Adding Chocolate and Pistachios

  • Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, performing the toothpick test to check doneness.

Cooling
