Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

  • In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then spoon it over the batter.

  • Pour the remaining batter over the filling and gently swirl the cream cheese mixture with a knife.

Baking
