  • 2 whole tomatoes Look for juicy tomatoes for the best flavor.
  • 0.5 cups mayonnaise Consider a light variety to reduce calories.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Bacon

  • Put a skillet over medium heat and lay down the bacon strips. Cook until crispy and golden brown.
  • Pat the cooked bacon with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
