Preparation

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter.
  • Once melted, add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5-6 minutes until golden.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes until tender.
  • Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking for another minute.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and add Parmesan if desired, stirring gently.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Can be reheated in a microwave.
