  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese Tangy feta adds creamy saltiness.
  • 1/2 medium red onion Diced red onion complements the fries.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley Chopped for garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and slice russet potatoes into fries. Soak them in cold water for 30 minutes.
  • Drain and pat the fries dry thoroughly.
  • In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway.
  • Once golden, remove from the oven and top with crumbled feta, diced red onion, and chopped parsley.

Notes

Ensure to dry the fries well after soaking for optimal crispiness. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet during baking.
