  • 50 g fresh spinach leaves Adds leafy crunch.
  • 60 g ripe tomatoes, sliced Avoid overly ripe tomatoes to prevent mushiness.

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the iceberg lettuce leaves thoroughly to avoid sogginess. Lay them flat on a clean surface.

Layering

  • Layer the turkey breast on the lettuce leaves.
  • Add a layer of white cheddar cheese on top of the turkey.
  • Next, place the crispy bacon slices.
  • Top with fresh spinach leaves and tomato slices.

Final Touches

  • If desired, add mayonnaise or avocado on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Wrap the lettuce around the fillings, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
