  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts The star of the show! Packed with protein.
  • 1/4 cup lime juice The hero ingredient.
  • 1/4 cup orange juice Adds sweetness to the dish.
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice Opt for 100% juice without added sugars.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Helps keep the chicken moist.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Gives depth and aroma.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Simple seasoning.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Simple seasoning.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped Optional, adds freshness.

Preparation

  • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag. Pour the marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes each side until cooked through, with no pink inside.
  • Remove from grill and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes. Top with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

Avoid over-marinating to prevent chicken texture from breaking down. Use fresh juices for the best flavor.
