Preparation

  • Start by bringing your butter to room temperature and beat it in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
  • Gently fold in the chopped lobster and crab meat.

  • Spoon the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape it into a log, and tightly wrap it.
  • Refrigerate for about two hours until solid.
  • Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator, peel away the plastic wrap, and slice into half-inch thick discs.
