Tahini-Honey Drizzle

  • 2 tablespoons tahini Brings creamy goodness to our drizzle.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Sweetness added für flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix tahini, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over the roasted cauliflower.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
