Tahini-Honey Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons tahini Adds creaminess.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Provides sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Brightens flavor.
  • as needed water Use to thin the sauce.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Roast the cauliflower for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
  • While the cauliflower is roasting, in a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, honey, lemon juice, and enough water to reach desired consistency.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over it before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop.
