Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat the corn tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until soft, about 30 seconds each side.
  • In the same skillet, crack in your eggs and fry them sunny-side up or to your liking.
  • On each plate, place a warm tortilla and top it with black beans.
  • Carefully place the fried egg atop the black beans.
  • Spoon salsa over the egg and black beans.
  • Garnish with avocado slices and cilantro, then drizzle with hot sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
