Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Peel and shred the carrots using a box grater or food processor.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, agave syrup, ground coriander, cayenne (if using), and kosher salt.
  • Toss the grated carrots with the dressing until well combined.
  • Fold in the chopped parsley and sesame seeds.

Notes
