  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs Basil or parsley recommended.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil High-quality olive oil for drizzling.

Seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the sourdough into thick pieces and place them on a baking tray.

Toasting

  • Toast the sourdough in the oven until crispy but not burnt.

Assembling the Toast

  • Spread a generous amount of ricotta cheese over each slice of toast.
  • Chop the cherry tomatoes into thick slices and layer them on the ricotta.
  • Sprinkle fresh herbs, salt, and pepper over the tomatoes.
