  • 2 tbsp Honey Go for high-quality local honey if possible.

  • 1 tbsp Fresh herbs (basil, thyme, and rosemary), chopped Thyme is particularly recommended.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential for flavor balance.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pit the dates by carefully slicing them along one side and removing the pits.
  • In a bowl, mix together creamy feta and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Stuff each date with the cheese mixture using your fingers.
  • In a bowl, combine chopped walnuts, honey, olive oil, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper to create the topping.
  • Sprinkle the herb-crunch mixture over the stuffed dates.
  • Arrange the dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Use the freshest ingredients for the best flavor. Don't overcrowd the baking sheet for even roasting.
