Ingredients
  

Pasta and Seafood

  • 20 pieces jumbo pasta shells Hearty shells perfect for stuffing.
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped Sweet and tender lobster.
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat King crab or lump crab works well.
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped Medium-sized shrimp recommended.

Cheese and Cream Mixture

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese Provides creaminess and fluffiness.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded For gooey, comforting texture.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds a nutty flavor and a golden crust.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Creates a luscious sauce.

Seasoning and Garnish

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds aromatic flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Brightens the dish.
  • to taste salt and pepper Seasoning is essential.
  • for garnish fresh parsley Adds color and freshness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Filling

  • In a bowl, combine lobster, crab, shrimp, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Gently stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture.

Assembly

  • In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until warm and stir in the remaining mozzarella until melted.
  • Spread a layer of the creamy mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Arrange the stuffed shells on top of the cream mixture.
  • Pour the remaining cream mixture over the shells and sprinkle with additional Parmesan.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • For a crispy finish, broil for an additional minute or two.

Serving

  • Let the dish rest for about five minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Tips: Don’t overcook the pasta; use fresh seafood for the best flavor; and for an exciting twist, add spinach or herbs.
