  • 1 medium onion Diced.

For the Grilled Cheese Dippers

  • 1 loaf bread Sourdough or whole grain suggested.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Sauté onions and garlic in a large pot with olive oil or butter until translucent.
  • Add in chopped jalapeños and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Gradually add the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted.

Cooking

  • Prepare the grilled cheese dippers by buttering slices of bread and grilling them until golden brown.

Notes
