  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers Use seedless cucumbers for less mess.
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped Use fresh dill for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt Full-fat or light yogurt can be used.

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and prep your working space.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the tzatziki sauce with the Greek yogurt. Stir until well-blended.
  • Add the diced cucumbers into the bowl and mix it well.
  • Incorporate the chopped dill to enhance the aroma.
  • Add the shredded chicken and mix everything together until evenly coated.
  • Taste and adjust flavor with a squeeze of fresh lemon if desired.
  • Serve in warm pitas, as a wrap, or on a bed of greens.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add cucumbers just before serving to keep them crisp. Avoid freezing!
