  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover rotisserie chicken or poach some chicken for a healthier touch.
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers English cucumbers are preferred for less water.
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped A key flavor component!
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt Can reduce to a couple of tablespoons or substitute for low-fat option.

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and lay them out on your counter.
  • Shred the chicken if it's not already shredded.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, diced cucumbers, chopped dill, and Greek yogurt.
  • Mix until well-combined. Taste test and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  • If possible, chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  • Serve in pita bread, on salad greens, or in wraps.
  • Enjoy your salad!

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled, and can be made ahead of time for meal prep. Avoid reheating as it may impact texture.
